Please note that custom-tailored garments and international orders are considered final sale to maintain the exclusivity of our craftsmanship.

Return Process

  Quality Inspection

  Once approved, ensure the item is packed in its original luxury packaging with all designer tags and security seals intact.

  Pickup Arrangement

  We will schedule a complimentary reverse pickup from your delivery address; please ensure someone is available to hand over the package.

  Refund or Exchange

  After our artisans verify the garment's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your exchanged size will be dispatched.
